Michelle Dwyer has been caring for families in the funeral industry since 1995, working with a number of well-known and highly respected funeral directors including Simplicity Funerals, Metropolitan Funerals, White Lady Funerals and William R Groves Funeral Director.
With many funeral services now owned by large corporations, Michelle and John were inspired to continue the tradition of a locally owned, family-operated funeral service for our community. With decades of experience behind us, your family’s individual circumstances, wishes and values will always be our highest priority.

With compassion comes a caring attitude. Michelle brings both of these qualities to our family. One of Michelle’s favourite sayings is “No two funerals should ever be the same”. She offers families a unique touch and will quite often step outside the norm to ensure their loved one is remembered in a way true to them. Michelle’s aim is to ensure families are given choice and not taken advantage of. Let Michelle look after your family as if it was her own.
John Dwyer - Operations Manager
With a “do it right the first time” attitude, John maintains a tight ship in the day to day running of our Operations. Having previously owned and operated three family run businesses, John brings a level of expertise that the Dwyer Family can’t do without.

Our daughter, Emily is a valued member of the Dwyer Family Funerals team. With a gentle nature and genuine care for others, Emily supports families through one of the most difficult times in their lives with kindness, patience and understanding.
